Small-business clients on yourtinyoffice Pro invite you by e-mail. You get your own read-only login at no cost and fetch every month they hand over as one ZIP: invoices, expenses with receipts, bank lines and, once set up, a DATEV or BMD NTCS booking file.

Only the months the client has closed as handed over, per month or for the whole year. One login serves all your clients on yourtinyoffice.
Booking export for DATEV and BMD NTCS
A short wizard sets up a DATEV Buchungsstapel (EXTF, SKR03 or SKR04) or a BMD NTCS import (EKR) with your own accounts and tax codes, saved per client. From then on every ZIP carries the booking file: invoices against the debtor account, expenses against the creditor account, gross with the tax code of their VAT case.
Advisors in the Netherlands
There is no import for Dutch accounting software (Exact Online, Twinfield, SnelStart and others) yet. Dutch advisors get the same ZIP with the CSV lists, the PDFs and the MT940 statement.
Questions to the client
Ask about a month, an invoice or an expense. The client gets an e-mail and marks the query resolved. Besides queries and the export setup you cannot change anything, and you see no customers, offers, time entries or settings.
What it costs
The advisor login is free and needs no subscription. Your client needs the Pro plan (€ 20 net per month) to invite you, and can end your access at any time.

Do I need my own subscription?
No. The advisor login is free; the invitation is part of the client's Pro plan.
Which months can I see?
Only the months the client has closed as handed over on the finance page. A month that is still open does not appear.
Which booking formats are supported?
A DATEV Buchungsstapel (EXTF) with SKR03 or SKR04, and a BMD NTCS booking import with the Austrian EKR. The accounts and tax codes are your own and saved per client. There is no import for Dutch accounting software yet.
Can I change my client's data?
No. You can send queries and set up the booking export; invoices, expenses and receipts stay read-only.
How does a client invite me?
From the tax advisor page in their yourtinyoffice account, with your e-mail address. You accept with your own login, and one login serves several clients.
